SELECTION CRITERIA

  1. Male or Female, 14 to 18 years by 31st December in the year of entry.

  2. Must be nominated by a club, school or association on the official nomination form. Organisations may put forward more than one nominee. Must be actively involved in sport, e.g. as a player, official, referee of the nominating association.

  3. Must be willing to participate in all programmed activities, including accommodation. Open to all nominees regardless of any individual achievements in their chosen sports.

  4. The set levy must be paid prior to attending the weekend. This levy can be met by either the nominating organisation or the nominee. The levy is $250.00. Do not send levy with this application form.

  5. All official attire must be worn during the weekend’s activities as set by the Leadership Foundation.

  6. Numbers will be from 30-50 participants chosen by the selection committee from the official nomination forms.

  7. Nominees must show reasonable and acceptable behaviour at all times throughout the entire weekend. Participants may be withdrawn from all further activities and any extra costs incurred will be met by the individual if they do not comply with the above criteria.

  8. It is a condition of entry to the Camp that the participants must attend and stay in attendance between the Hours of 8.30 am Saturday and 4.00pm on the Sunday--- No exceptions.
